RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
A. DELIVERY PROCESS AND FEES
Kamindi Selfridges strives to deliver your goods in 2hours from the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated by the purchaser.
On occasion, due to issues outside of our control, deliveries may take longer. We will make every effort to deliver on time and to keep you updated throughout the process.
Cash on Delivery is not a payment option that is utilised for online purchases. All delivery charges are charged to the customer upfront on finalisation of sale.
Delivery costs are calculated taking into account the area of delivery as well as the weight and product dimensions of each Product being delivered, and are quoted separately.
B. RECEIVING DELIVERY
Please arrange that you, or an authorized representative, is available to accept your order at the delivery address and that appropriate access is given.
Ensure that during the delivery you receive the corresponding receipt and cross check all items as per your order i.e. Quantity, quality and condition of the items.
C. FRAGILE ITEMS
Fragile items such as home appliances,are deemed as Fragile goods.
When receiving products deemed to be fragile and we ask you to inspect the goods by ensuring it is in good working order before signing acceptance of the delivery.
D. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
If the product purchased is does not satisfy you or is different from that indicated on your order we may also refund and or replace the item.
Follow the process outlined below.
i. We do not allow for the return of goods to the delivery personnel. In order to request a return or exchange, you must contact our customer service department by following the instructions on the eCommerce Site.
ii. In your return or exchange request, you must indicate the specific product with which you are not satisfied, and include your order number, name, and contact information, as well as the reason for your return or exchange request and the new product with which you would like to replace the returned product if you are requesting an exchange.
Please note that a new product for which you want to exchange the returned product may not be in stock. In such case, you will receive a shopping credit or refund.
